These recurring incidents suggest a troubling trend that may pose serious risks to customers, particularly children or anyone who might not notice the blade in time.
While customers are advised to stay vigilant, the responsibility of ensuring safety lies heavily with retailers. Walmart, and stores like it, must increase routine cart checks and bolster security protocols to catch malicious acts before harm
